The brief

MasOrange, one of Spain’s leading telecommunications groups, wanted to diversify its services and deliver greater value to customers by embedding insurance into its digital ecosystem. The goal was to create new revenue streams, strengthen customer loyalty, and position MasOrange as a pioneer in telcoassurance.

While MasOrange had regulatory expertise and strong insurer relationships, it needed a technology partner to deliver a scalable, compliant, and fully digital insurance experience integrated seamlessly into its customer journeys.
